CR TIME! AGAIN! This is mostly going to copy & pasted from what I had before.

Locrine is a horribly British boy, though he has been living in America since he was around 12. His father was a WWI flying ace, but he was shot down by the end of the war. England hit their depression after the war ended and after a few years his mother just sold their estate for what she could and decided to move in with her sister living in Abaton. He's gotten used to American life, but he still loves his tea warm and with lots of milk.

Locrine's first home is the library. On any given day, (including the holidays where he is still around the school) he can be found there well after normal school hours. He'll eat there when he can get away with it and usually has a mess of books, papers, card houses, etc. on or around his desk. However, the rest of the library always remains in perfect shape with every book in place thanks to him since the actual official librarian will often go fishing/bowling/golfing/camping or something instead. Retirement age, ya know?

Other than assistant librarian, he is also faculty RA for the dorm. He was a student RA prior to graduation, so it just made sense to force the job on him when he took the assistant librarian position. If there is any trouble in the boy's dorm that can't be solved by the student RA's, he's the first person to come to. He likes being a people pleaser who loves harmony, so he will do his best to solve any problems!

There's a good chance a few characters may know of him in general at the least due to his occupation, and if they frequent the library they may know him a little better. Or if they're another faculty member they're probably used to him by now. He is a little odd, but he's friendly and talkative once you get him going. And... yeah. 8D I DUNNO WHAT ELSE TO WRITE THAT ISN'T ALREADY IN THE APP OR SOMEWHERE.

For the 1934 group, he is easily excitable and is all ready for jumping into the mysteries behind how the mail system actually works and such. He will do his best to be good technical support when not in battle and will hopefully make a good scanning person as a result! Also, as the oldest and the faculty resident advisor he will likely be fretting over everyone to an extent. He'll make most likely failed attempts to be the adult of the group every now and then. However, he is too much of a doormat to seriously try to tell anyone what to do and he'll probably be too eager and excited himself. And if anyone needs someone friendly to talk with or would just like some tea, they're welcome to converse with him any time~

As a lover of crazy sciences and maths he might get a little too consumed with everything if he's given the chance. DON'T LET HIM GET TOO CARRIED AWAY. YOU'LL REGRET IT LATER. NO REALLY.

For the 2012 group, EXPECT WAY TOO MANY LETTERS. He will desperately seek out someone on the other end to play around with the further capabilities of the mail system and all that. Other than that he will be all over how history and science have developed. He will be your best friend forever if you send him some textbooks. Or even a sudoku book. ♥
