Here is the synopsis for the new string of Out There. This move was made because of the lack of comments on the original string of comics... Those aren't abondoned, just on hiatus. Here is the new genre for Out There (For the time being).

The new Out There:

Fairfield, Pennsylvania. 1986… A man named Jeffery Simmons lived in the Choir Lake Boarding house with 11 other tenants. He had lived there for three years in suite 15; the last suite at the end of the hall in the second story boarding house. Below the home was the Choir Lake Law administrative office. Most of the tenants worked for the law firm as secretaries, custodians, or advertising specialists. The owners of the boarding house were Donald Sheridan, lead attorney of Choir Lake Law, and his wife Linda.

Jeffery was one of three advertising specialists at Choir Lake Law. He rarely spoke; he never had to; he was the art designer and director of video and paper media. Everyday he would submit a new design or storyboard and go back upstairs to suite 15. He never came to the main table for meals and after work he was rarely seen. When coworkers would try to speak to him they would only get mumbles and subtle body language as a response. There was no reason to think anything of Jeffery until the day he finally spoke.

On August 17th 1986 Jeffery Simmons came to the Dining area for dinner for the first time ever. He sat down at the end of the table and only said these words in his small labored voice: “Heute Abend schlafen Sie für Ewigkeit.” With that statement he walked back to his suite, and although perplexed by this the tenants went about their meal without incident.
That night at 2:42am a loud scream was heard from the boarding house by a neighboring housing unit. The witness dialed 9-1-1 and officers arrived at the door of the Choir Lake Boarding house at 2:51am with no response at the door. The two officers called for backup for suspicious activity. 12 minutes after backup arrived a blood-stained Simmons ran out the door of the Choir Lake Law office, knife brandished, straight for surrounding police. Without hesitation officers opened fire, sending a rain of bullets through the body of the maniacal Jeffery Simmons, killing him instantly. Upon inspection of the boarding house all 11 tenants were found stabbed to death in their respective suites, each one with the door kicked in. The officers were perplexed by the fact that no one had awoken to the sound of the beaten doors.

Upon further inspection of Mr. Simmons’ room, they found a small slip of paper from a journal, with writing in what appeared to be German, with the last line underlined stating: “Heute Abend sie alle Schlaf für Ewigkeit!” Mr. Sheridan had no living relatives, so his estate went to His brother-in-law, Fred Danielson. Mr. Danielson has since reopened the boarding house and has turned the admin building below it over to his brother Charles, who is also an attorney. For the first 15 years the boarding house saw many tenants coming in and out. Most left, complaining of someone banging on their doors in the middle of the night, and strange noises in the hallways as well as downstairs in the office. Fred had assured them of no such thing. He even patrolled the halls and kept watch on several occasions. Now 20 years later Mr. Danielson has only two tenants: 22 year old Andrew Corrigan, who has lived there three months, and 21 year old Samantha Bennett, who has lived there one month. Both are law students on their internship at Choir Lake. The incidents occur once more.
