CDR Spock, Science Officer
This is Spock of the U.S.S Enterprise (NCC-1701). It has been 2.43 earth days since I have found myself isolated on Earth's Manhattan through suspicious means. I find myself in a quandary, unsure if I am violating the Prime Directive with each investigative query that I initiate. As it is, I will be unable to uphold Regulation 476.9; this network will not permit it.
The captain will not be pleased to be deprived of his first officer.
I am unfamiliar with the city's primitive network but I have every confidence that I will master the technology. There are no set security protocols in effect. It is my hope to return to the Enterprise as soon as possible, with any and all relevant data to be collected from this point on.
I will adhere to Directive 010.

A hailing message to the ruling government body of current day Manhattan, or of similar authority influence.
This is First Officer Spock of the U.S.S. Enterprise, Commander in Starfleet. I hereby demand that you present yourself for discussion and negotiation of cessation of hostilities at a neutral agreed upon location. I guarantee you, the Federation will not tolerate the detainment of one of Starfleet's officers. Nor will my captain allow such a travesty to idly pass. In the interest of preserving neutral relations between your government and the Federation, I urge you to immediately comply.
((ooc- Prime Directive: The Directive states that members of Starfleet are not to interfere in the internal affairs of another species, especially the natural development of pre-warp civilizations, either by direct intervention, or technological revelation.
Regulation 476.9: All away teams must report to the bridge at least once every 24 hours.
