I think I'm starting to feel the effects from going to the gym. Though I still haven't managed to get rid of that beer belly I've been developing, I do think it has gone down in size. Plus, I can feel hard abs underneathe all of that fat :D.
I'm sleeping a lot better (falling asleep is way easier, so is waking up earlier), and I have biceps (tiny biceps still count!) for the first time in my life. I've managed to maintain going 4 times a week to the gym, which is pretty impressive on my behalf! I just really hope that this isn't one of those phases I'm going through. But now that Ivo has joined the gym with me, hopefully there's more motivation for going in the future!
Speaking of phases, I've gone a bit off homebrewing. So in the holidays, I definitely want to brew up a storm again, and at least get this dark spiced ale bottled! I want to do a stout too, because I have 5 tins of Coopers stout just sitting in my room - yikes!
Anyway, resolutions for the holidays:
1. Work on TAFE assignments, at least a bit of one each day!!
2. Keep going to the gym
3. Start home brewing again
4. Relax! Enjoy myself :D

Oh, and if anyone knows any cool places for a couple to stay in Melbourne for a weekend, let me know! mattJames and I are trying to plan a minibreak for our 6 month anniversary, but we can't think of anywhere. I preferable want somewhere with things to do in the daytime too. Oh, and cheap is always good too :D
