I'm finally running on a fairly normal schedule! It's hard to carve out the time for it, but I always feel amazing and rejuvinated afterwards! We kinda tossed out the original C25k schedule in favor of doing longer intervals every time. Works for me. We're following it in principle - gradually working up intervals over a long period of time. This is last week of intervals though! next week, 25 minute runs with no walking, then adding 3 minutes to each run per week. My first 5K of the year is on the 27th, and I'm really hoping to make it under 30 minutes! We'll see, might have to throw in some speedwork before then!

And weight watchers is going well too - down 5 pounds, and getting acclimated to the portion size and healthy choices again. I remember from the last time I did this, the first couple of weeks are the hardest!

I'm working on getting my job to let me work from home part time. Everyone cross their fingers and toes that it happens!! I could move Lilli to only part-time daycare, and have the best of both worlds - a steady good paycheck, health insurance, and more time with the girly.
