The first line in human!Rin's song is most likely referring to how she's being transformed into vocaloid Rin. It'd be spoilertastic if it's brought up how now so that'll be left out.

The rest is describing her life - and the last part of it implies to her committing suicide. Again spoilers yada yada yada.

Meanwhile the second half of the song is with Vocaloid Rin, spending New Year's in Japan. Many of the things she mentions aside from the getting high part with weed 8|; is a Japanese way of spending time in New Year's.

-"I'll make you RinRin'd" is a parody of the lyrics from "Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru"

-While the line "The world's number one pure machine gun" might be thought of as a parodied line from "World is Mine" apparently this song came out before so who knows?
