However, am feeling distinctly better than I did earlier in the week. Even if I have missed 2 or 3 things I wish I hadn't, especially the book launch at the Foundling Museum.
At least being at home with nothing else pressing to do meant that, although installing security software upgrade when prompted yesterday re renewal was a longwinded bore, it could have happened at a much more inconvenient time and was therefore less of a headbanger than it might have been.
I have been well enough to work on editing the biography ms (I'm not sure I'm up to original thought yet) and am now started on a second (well, more like third) trimming and tightening pass through.
Also, finally read book by person I have since met and like, on late C19th-early C20th Australian feminist, which I bought in Sydney in 98 and kept falling to bottom of the book maelstrom, but recently re-surfaced.
Also, re-read Naomi Mitchison's We Have Been Warned (1935). Broken but interesting.
