Saturday breakfast rolls: brown grated apple with raisins and cinnamon.
Today's lunch: paupiettes (??sp) of lemon sole with dill and lime stuffing gently poached in white wine - something went wrong when I tried to reduce the poaching liquid and make a cream sauce (possibly one is supposed to use fresh cream...) - but they were very good even without that addition. Served with broccoli steamed with soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger, and organic Capri tomatoes in balsamic vinegar with crushed coriander seeds.
Plenty of bread at the moment, so didn't bake any.
