At 190, Jonathan the Tortoise Is the World’s Oldest: He will likely celebrate with some of his favorite activities: sunbathing, sleeping, eating, and mating:
"In spite of his age, Jonathan still has good libido and is seen frequently to mate with Emma and sometimes Fred - animals are often not particularly gender-sensitive"
In the case of the somewhat gender-confused Crimean veteran tortoise, Timothy, to the extent of romancing a wartime helmet... And if Harriet is still around, she must be pushing 190 by now (and probably still reminiscing about the time she met that there Charles Darwin).

The black-footed ferret (Mustella nigripes) is not known for its sweet temper. Elizabeth Ann snarls at keepers who get too close, for example. However, the species is desperately in need of an injection of fresh genes and Elizabeth Ann can provide those, - as long as she survives the breeding encounter, say scientists. “When it comes to black-footed ferrets, the mating scenario can get a little rough and we don’t want Elizabeth Ann to be injured. She is precious,” Oliver Ryder, director of genetics conservation at San Diego Zoo, told the Observer. “So we need an experienced male who has already produced offspring and who is therefore not going to be infertile - a problem that affects many black-footed ferret males today. Not that I am an habitue of such scenes or anything, but my theory is that if you read widely enough you will gain a great deal of very miscellaneous information: and this strikes me as just a leetle on the naive side? 'While some people go to fetish events to “play” - the BDSM scene’s sweet, euphemistic term for sex', because as I understand it, 'play' comprises a great deal that would not necessarily be defined by the average person on the Clapham omnibus as sex... Or maybe it's different these days.

And this is not so much call of the wild as finding a remote place to have your strictly-governed community of your particular religious/ideological/political sect, I just wonder why Paraguay has been so magnetic for this kind of thing: German-speaking Covid denialists seek to build paradise in Paraguay:
Paraguay has a long and sometimes troubled history of inward-looking immigrant colonies driven by ideological and religious zeal. Settlement projects by Mennonites, Australian socialists and the Unification church among others have all left marks on the country. Paraguay’s most notorious settlement was Nueva Germania, the proto-fascist colony set up in 1886 by Elizabeth Nietzsche - the philosopher’s sister - and her husband Bernhard Förster. Förster died, probably by suicide, as Nueva Germania sank under the weight of financial problems, internal conflict and settlers’ lack of agricultural knowledge.
