Honestly, it is pretty much the reverse of a commercial enterprise

As dr rdrz probably know, yr hedjog maintains a website which is pretty much to modern website practice what wattle and daub huts are to skyscrapers, which is paid for as a hobby project and has been maintained in spare time for over twenty years. It may not get a huge number of hits but it gets a steady flow of interest from people who are interested in the rather niche things it deals with.
And persistently over the years, people, or maybe algorithmical bots, have looked it over and thought it is some kind of business enterprise, when it is just about the opposite. (I do not think I have made a sausage on my Amazon links lo these many years, not that I much care.)
All those people offering to optimise my SEO in a competitive marketplace...
Now this: Established as a forward-thinking consolidation consortium, General Health Group (GHG) is a leading and innovative investment firm taking the charge to synergize the highly fragmented healthcare industry. Founded with a clear vision to be the pre-eminent leader of consolidation in the marketplace, we seek to invest in small to mid-size healthcare practices like yours and take them to the next level of profitability.

Silly me, I thought good business practice would involve identifying what was, and was not, an actual business, that was doing those businessy things like sales and marketing and recruiting.
(This all might possibly, very possibly, have made some kind of sense if it had come via a different email address and referred to That Other Website, which does involve Being In Trade - la, pass the sal volatile! - but it is pretty much always this one that has people making me these offers which it is not so much easy to refuse as to stare blankly at in total amazement.)
