What I read
Finished Paladin's Strength - just possibly I could have done with a little less of the prolonged UST on both sides? - not to mention the various acts interrupti - but kept me gripped.
Ditto Arkady Martin, A Desolation Called Peace, which arrived last week, and which at first I was, do I want to plunge into this or not, and before I knew where I was, I had plunged.
However, after those two, I was somewhat craving something fluffy in which the stakes were entirely interpersonal and not on a mega-scale, so I re-read Alexis Hall, Boyfriend Material, giggling madly.
I also think I shall declare In the Land of Invented Languages finito, at least as far my purposes require.
On the go
Have just started O Douglas, The House That Is Our Own (1940).
Up next
Dunno: am in one of those don't quite know what to read phases. Well, there is a new Literary Review, so that's something.
