Query: no of actual Mrs Robinsons vs young men's fantasies of same?

Well, anyway, I came across this in today's Ask A Manager: I have a crush on an older coworker, and we’re hanging out outside of work. Honestly, I think he sounds insufferably up himself: For three years I worked with an assistant manager who was 15 years older than me. We got along so well and would have deep intellectual conversations and agree with each other most of the time. I have always secretly had a crush on her but have been afraid to tell her because I felt it could potentially damage our relationship. She recently got promoted to be manager at a different location closer to my house. I visit her frequently and lately we have been going on late night hikes twice per week. Keep in mind I am not your typical 21-year-old. People tell me frequently that they think I am in my late twenties or early thirties because I present myself in a more formal / structured manner.
He is 21 now, so she has been putting up with his deep intellectual thoughts since he was 18? I suspect the late-night hikes thing is, she likes taking late-night hikes but feels this is safer with a companion? (assuming that this is not actually a group activity...)
I could not help having a flashback to this little problem that was presented to PSC some years back: 'A colleague who, I like but previously found unattractive surprised me by, out the blue, offering lodgings to me. I'm 23, shy and sexually inexperienced and she is around 15 years older than me.... She knows I'm heterosexual and now I cannot stop fantasising about having sex with her.'
