Bread made during the week: The Collister/Blake
My Favourite Loaf, white spelt/wholemeal/einkorn flour, and the leftover buttermilk, tasty, but a little dry.
Saturday breakfast rolls:
brown grated apple, with molasses and ginger. Rather nice.
Today's lunch: salmon fillets baked in foil with butter and dill (v good): with baby Jersey Royal potatoes roasted in goosefat,
garlic-roasted Bellaverde sweetstem broccoli, and padron peppers.
