No bread made during week.
Did a thing for Friday supper using up sweet potatoes and some salami - parboiled the sweet potatoes and then chopped them and sauteed them with the salami.
Saturday breakfast rolls:
basic buttermilk: 3:1 strong white flour/mix of medium/coarse cornmeal.
Today's lunch: sea-bass fillets rubbed with celery salt and garam masala, panfried in butter and avocado oil, sprinkled with lime juice; served with sticky rice with lime leaves, fine green beans roasted in pumpkin seed oil with cumin seeds, splashed with elderflower vinegar, and padron peppers.
