Famous Aubergine Dip (vegan version) to take to A Party.
Friday supper:
sardegnera with chorizo.
Saturday breakfast rolls:
brown grated apple with molasses and mixed spice.
Made foccaccia for The Party: this did not turn out as well as sometimes, not sure why - suspect humid weather may have something to do with it?
Today's lunch:
Arctic char fillets, baked in foil with ginger paste and lime, served with La Ratte potatoes roasted in goose-fat, asparagus healthy-grilled in pumpkin-seed oil and splashed with tayberry vinegar, and padron peppers.
