Bread made during the week: Greenstein's Psomi loaf - this turned out very well, but in the making revealed something that may be a problem with the new food processor.
Made a sardegnera for Friday supper, with a tomato and garlic filling with Milano salami.
Saturday breakfast rolls: brown grated apple with molasses.
Today's lunch: the moong dahl recipe from Madhur Jaffrey's Invitation to Indian Cookery, made with Waitrose 10-bean mix, and the rice with whole spices, with the sauteed mushrooms and steamed green beans with ginger and fennel seed from Dharamjit Singh's Indian Cookery.
