During the week, on our return, a loaf of (more or less) half and half wholemeal spelt/white spelt flours, with a little molasses, a dash of oil, and a few sunflower seeds. Nice.
Saturday breakfast rolls:
Tassajarra cinnamon and raisin (ordinary wholemeal + white spelt flour, as for reasons I have rather a lot of white spelt flour around at the moment).
Today's lunch: panfried duck steaks, with savoury jellies on the side, served with
sweet potato oven fries (I seasoned these quite heavily with smoked paprika but I'm not sure this was evident in the end product),
buttered spinach, okra simmered in coconut milk with ginger paste, minced green coriander, and fish sauce; and padron peppers.
