Bread baked during the week: Elizabeth David's Light Rye, v nice.
No Saturday breakfast rolls due to getting in so late Friday evening.
Today's lunch: venison loin medallions, rubbed with garlic and then with crushed mixed peppercorns and coriander seeds, panfried in olive oil, with rosemary & spicy damson jellies; served with sweet potato oven fries, okra simmered in coconut milk with ginger and green coriander, and buttered spinach.
