Was at a book launch on Friday evening, got in too late to start making rolls, so we had toast for Saturday brekkers instead.
Today's lunch: large sea bass fillets brushed with egg and milk, and then dipped into panko crumbs seasoned with salt, pepper and smoked paprika, and panfried in butter, served with cut lime: with baby leeks healthy grilled in avocado oil and splashed with balsamic vinegar, and tat soi stirfried.
