Or maybe these things are just confusing, because sometimes it's one thing and sometimes it's another?
Clicking on links that either open within the tab I'm in or in a new tab, and treating one as if it were the other - i.e. closing down when I should be paging back, or vice versa.
Taps that do or do not turn themselves off. Several times lately I have realised that that tap is still running because it needs manual turning off.
Also, as the nearest and most convenient tube station is closed for extensive renovation works, we tend to return (depending on starting point) to one of two tube stations in the general area. Tonight I was expecting the exit from one (stairs, lift) when I was in fact at the other (different stairs, escalator). Duh?
