I think I have got all I can reasonably expect to get out of the papers I was looking it, have all sorts of new leads and a whole array of bubbling new thoughts as a result.
In other business, I had a delightful evening out yesterday with
intertext seeing something of beautiful Victoria beyond the University campus; and how beautiful it is, crowned with sunset from Mt Tolmie.
I am a bit miffed at the lack of postcards of either the University or of lovely Cadboro Bay that I might send to family members. Are picture postcards no longer a thing, these days?
Tomorrow I think I may go to the Emily Carr exhibition at the Art Gallery.
Oh yes, and I have also managed some specifically professional interaction with the people in Special Collections on matters of mutual professional interest.
