Girls Night Out
So i acutally had an eventful weekend for once. While i did work all day friday, Julie and I headed down to Denver early Saturday morning. We spent the morning and early afternoon shopping at some Rerun stores and while i am not normally a big shopper, i really needed clothes. Then my stepmom and aunt and julie and i headed to downtown denver and checked into the comfort inn that is part of the Brown Palace. We ended up in a suite on the top (22) floor. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a living room. It was pretty massive. So we then went out for martini's at the Brown Palace and then to dinner at the Cheesecake factory. But we weren't done after that. We headed to Sing Sing, which is a bar with dueling pianos that basically mock people and songs. Julie and i enjoyed ourselves thougholy. I think the humor got a little crude for Terry and Hennriette, but it was still fun. So all in all it was a good girls weekend. Everything else is still the same with school and work, so nothing else very exciting is going on.
