Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
Shuichi is kind of on the short side for a guy. This wasn't true at the beginning of the manga, but as it progreesses he..shrinks. And ukifies. He used to be normal teenager, now he's he tiny and slender.
2. How old is he?
IDEFK. Like 19 or 20. Ask Tohma-mun, she knows. I think 20.
3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch?
I imagine he has good posture. Not "Oh, I'm so awesome hahahaa!" but definitely confident. But he does slouch when he's sitting.
4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Shuichi is very fit, for all the junkfood he eats. He doesn't get sick very often, and when he does it's usually because Yuki forced him to stay out in the cold.
5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Fluid, I'd say. He's not especially clumsy, but he isn't always tripping over his own feet. He likes to fling himself around rooms.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror?
Shuichi is pretty attractive, as established in canon. He's the lead singer of a band, so it's kind of expected. But it's in that boyish way. So he's cute, maybe adorable, but not Yuki-handsome. He's an uke, what do you expect. And I'd say he likes how he looks.
7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Clear, and normal for an asian. I just don't know much about skin tones. Sob.
8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style.
Despite what the anime shows you, his hair is burgundy, and it's dyed that way. Probably soft, and...I'm not sure about the style. He used to model it after Sakuma Ryuichi's, but cut it, so just a normal shaggy boy's cut?
9. What color are his eyes?
Purple, apparently. Let's leave it at that.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
He's really girly. I mean, really girly. He dresses up in school girl uniforms, and can be pretty convincing.
11. What are his chief tension centers?
Probably his shoulders, but I imagine his vocal cords take some damage too. LMAO.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit?
Bright colors and casual. He wears whatever is comfortable, unless he's going on stage. Then he dresses all...weird sexy. Leather with lots of parts missing. That kind of thing.
13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them?
Yes, and yes. He doesn't like clothes that are too tight. He'll only wear it if it's comfortable on him, unless K or someone threatens him into it.
14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences?
Nope. Free time is loose and comfortable, just casual things like t-shirts and jeans and boy's tank tops. On the job ( concert wise ) it's sexy leather and such.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
IIRC, we see him in boxers in the manga.
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
High-pitched.
2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate?
Very loud, and very fast. He says whatever comes to mind, as there is no filter between what he calls a brain and his mouth. It gets him in trouble quite a bit.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
None that I can think of off hand. He uses slang a lot, I guess.
4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency?
Japanese, and that's it. He flounders when people talk to him in English.
5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Nope.
6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words?
He can speak impromptu, but there's no guarantee it will make sense.
7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Kind of in the middle? He says what he wants, but doesn't use fancy language. If he's trying to pretend to be someone else. Maybe.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart?
Shuichi, despite common belief, is not an idiot. Well, not completely. He's not stupid, but he's too detached from reality half the time to be extremely smart. If he actually tried, he could probably be a C+ or B- student. His intelligence is more grounded in being a good observer.
2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate?
Thinks on his feet. Even if given time to deliberate, he'd still screw it up somehow.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
I...Shuichi's thought proccess. There is no logic involved in it. He's very intuitive, but lacks the common sense to put it to much use. And he's very idealistic, though he has times on practicality.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
Completed high school. So a normal one.
5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about?
Music. He wants to learn how to be an super special awesome singer and make Yuki admit he's in love with him. :|b
6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert?
Extreme extrovert. He's very outgoing, and fun. Insane, really.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
MOOD SWINGS. He flies from one emotion to the other in two seconds. He's also very cheerful and driven, and puts a lot of his energy into whatever he loves.
8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
He's very enthusiastic with new people. Shuichi likes making friends. And he throws himself into most situations, unless he has a reason to doubt it.
9. Is he more likely to act, or to react?
React. Just..React.
10. Which is his default: fight or flight?
Fight. He's too stubborn to give up most of the time.
11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
Shuichi has a weird sense of humor. Half of it's normal, and the other half, like. It varies. He just laughs of being slammed into chest of drawers and having his teeth punched out by his lover, so...
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them?
Personally, I wold say ADHD and Bi-polar. But, alas, we're never told. Maybe he's just nuts.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person?
In my opinion, when he stood up to Yuki and told him that he wasn't going go running back to him because he was told to. It defined him as his own person, and showed that he isn't Yuki's little puppy, following him around with a wagging tail. He has thoughts and feelings of his own, and by god he wants them heard. He's not just an idiot who would do whatever Yuki said like a robot, and he was tired of being brushed off and considered one. It was my favorite moment, really. And, of course, anytime he stands up to Yuki or for Yuki, and to or for anyone else.
Also, the scene where he is raped by Aizawa. He willingly let himself be violated in such a horrifying and shameful way to protect the person he loved, even after he had been spurned. I felt it showed that it wasn't just Yuki's appearance that Shuichi was in love with, but Yuki the person.
14. What does he fear?
Losing friends or family, naturally. And Yuki getting seriously hurt or killed.
15. What are his hopes or aspirations?
He wants to become greater than Nittle Grasper!
16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him?
I don't think their really is anything. Maybe that he's more insecure about his relationship with Yuki then he lets on?
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents.
Very good. They get along well, and his mother is just as nutty as he is. They're both supportive of his relationship with Yuki and his desire to be a lead singer.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
He has a younger sister, who he gets along well with. They argue like siblings normally do, but are there for each other. She's pretty supportive of him and Yuki.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand?
Not that I can think of.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them?
Hiro, ftw. His best friend since they were tiny. He's practically his brother. Nothing he wouldn't do for him. :'>
5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet?
Hiro! Probably over music in like, pre-k or something. Or in elementary school over Nittle Grasper.
6. Does he have other close friends?
Not explicitly? He trusts Fujisaki more than he lets on, though.
7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people?
He makes friends very easily. He likes almost everyone.
8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends?
I'd say about even?
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once?
He's canonly in a relationship with Yuki Eiri, but as of the chapter I've taken him from, they broke up.
10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
Nope. :x

Some nameless girl, I'm sure. He's pointed out a few times that he's not gay, he's bisexual. And Yuki, of course.
12. What does he look for in a romantic partner?
I don't even know. What does he see in Yuki?
13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any?
He has a not!son named Riku, who won't stop calling him Mama. Riku is actually Kitazawa's son, but Shuichi is very fond of him despite that. :'> He mothers him a lot, and adores him muchly.
14. Does he have any rivals or enemies?
A friendly rival (..I think ) in Sakuma Ryuichi. Seguchi Tohma is his rival in love. And Aizawa of ASK is his ex-enemy.
15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale?
1, maybe? He's attracted to girls, but fell in love with Yuki despite his gender.
16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him?
Shuichi likes sex. Particularly, sex with Yuki. So, it's mildly important? He's not going to die without it, but he likes doing it with Yuki. IDK.
17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
If the mangaka's doujins are anything to go by, he likes rough sex and dirty talk. He won't really admit this, however, and gets embarrassed when Yuki points it out. And he can...climax multiple times, apparently. Why am I answering this. Oh, and he can never ever top. Yuki won't let him.

Aries: I think he fits it very well.
I don't know his chinese one because I don't know the year he was born.

He doesn't seem to have much of one beyond not letting anyone hurt his friends or family.

He's pretty tolerant and curious about them.

He thinks Americans are insane, thanks to K.

He's comfortable, but not rich.

He's a singer, so wherever singers sit. He's fairly popular. It went up, because he used to be just a high school student.

He lives in a condo with Yuki. It's probably a castle to him, as it's Yuki's.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on?
Candy and junkfood and soda and CDs. And manga.
5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else?
He is the lead singer of Bad Luck. And he's very good at it, 'cause they're pretty popular. It was his dream.
6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time?
He likes to read manga and be with Yuki or Hiro, or just hang out and watch Nittle Grasper videos. Maybe video games. He likes TV.
7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
He eats a LOT, mostly junkfood. And rarely drinks because he's a blackout drunk.
