I always find the honesty of your journal very refreshing. Thanks for the update. You've been through a very, very intense year carrying this little baby in your body. Even with the cinched belt in your finances, it's nice that you'll get some time off to get your body back to stable. It's been working hard for the baby! I love the messages of hope here that say, The love will come. My mom told me she was worried when she was pregnant with me that she wouldn't be able to love me as much as she did my older brother...but when I arrived she had plenty of love to give. And boy, did she! Though, I don't recommend confessing this doubt and struggle of yours to your son our daughter someday. ;) Just know that it's all there...everything you need for this child. I'm mostly thinking about YOU feeling healthy. Do take care, and enjoy the help family and friends have to offer. Looking forward to the announcement! I'm not on FB so I gotta wait for word here. Thinking of you and your family.

Hey, wanted to let you know she had the baby! I forgot specifics, but it is a boy! Born on the 19th, I think... definitely only hours after she posted here. :-)

Update coming!! But yes, wrapping up the entry I was already in labourland and had our baby that night at 10:30pm. He's here and healthy and oh so sweet!
