I have lots of ideas for tattoos but I am struggling with choosing between two major things. Help me? Should I get a Morrissey portrait covering my top half of my left arm or should I get a 1/2 sleeve that is space themed like with shooting stars, planets and stuff?

Anyways, I think Morrissey's awesome, but while I think it would be rad to have his portrait on you forever, I think something else, perhaps a little less extreme, may be a little easier to live with. On the other hand, are stars and space all that significant to you? It's undeniable that space is unbelievably cool and unique, but how relevant is that to your life? Relevant enough to jab needles into your arm repeatedly?
Sorry. I don't want to deter you from either, because it's totally your decision, but it's a pretty big one and I guess I think it should be looked at from all angles. I'm sure whatever you go with will look awesome. I just hope you'll be able to appreciate it 50 years from now.
This has become way too long. All I can recommend is to keep your reasoning for getting a tattoo in mind.
Is it for something neat and abstract?
Do you want it to bear significance on your life currently and in the future?
Or do you just want a pretty design to decorate your arms with?
