How many have actually graduated inmates? How many have had inmates simply leave or, for whatever other reason, not graduate?
There is bound to be a significant imbalance to one side. I think we can all guess which one, and I'm starting to see why. These floods, hallucinations, whatever you wish to call them, are such a detriment to the growth of some inmates, while benefiting others. This kind of standardized treatment isn't helping anyone.
