She reached down, carefully lifting Capa back up, but taking care to move slowly and not raising him higher than the level of the desk. His shell-shock (ha ha) at being moved the first time hadn't passed her by.]

I see nothing wrong with it. I spend more time out of this room than I do inside. The lab, the CES, the deck...all far more interesting and productive.
