Bidoof's adventure seems to be going well. He and Delibird and Pidgeot have checked in most nights, and while it took a while to get used to talking to them over video conference when the camera on their end is propped sloppily on a slanted rock (or a tuft of leaves tilted forward to show their feet, or a held mere centimeters away when Bidoof can't find a place to put it down), it's been nice to hear from them. I think we idols never got the chance to do those journeys of self-discovery in our youth, so I'm interested to see how they come out on the other side of it all.
Either way, since Pidgeot's off on that adventure and I can't commute to Jubilife on foot, I've been staying in or going to the Breeding Center to work on my music. It's a nice change of pace. Beyond that, Sho-chan's been bumming around in our guest room for a few days, which has been really nice, though he seems to want to get back to badge collecting sometime. Puffy is... really spoiled, as always. Oh, Leader! Come by for dinner sometime~
And unrelated to anything else, Yoshi-kun sent over another Mareep wool blanket. ♥ (This deserves its own paragraph.)
