(no subject)
so i've spent the last week rearranging my furniture and cleaning every last corner of my room. this is the result. :)
when i moved in 2 years ago, i wanted to have a room similar to the smoking area of my favourite cocktail bar, which looks like this:
so this was my source of inspiration.
on with my room:
i still want to paint my door white, but i don't have the skills. ;)
my books. :)

my desk. on the left is my ratties cage, but they're asleep now so i couldn't take a photo. :)
my collected diaries and sketchbooks from the past 2 years.
i brought lots of my stuff from my parent's house. e.g. the standing lamp and many of the gold coulered candle holders. the antlers over my desk and couch are a gift from my father. he is a hobby-hunter and -forester and has collected tons of them.
i used to have a canopy bed (is this the right vocabulary?) but it was so huge it made my room look way smaller than it actually is. i now sleep on the floor, and it's the most relaxing thing ever. i love to just lay there, listening to music and chill.
