While I was cleaning today I realized that although I have been a member of this community for months, I've never actually posted pictures of my room. This is just unacceptable.
I'm 19 years old and I live in Ottawa, Canada with my family (mom, dad, and older sister).

First a sort of general tour, then we'll get into the things I really love. This is what you see immediately upon entering the room:

And then, if you turn ever-so-slightly to the right:

...And then to the left from your original position. Oh hai, blurry desktop. Also featuring my German dictionary, which I got after my Music History professor declared the opera translations in our textbook "sucky".

If you were then to turn around and sit on my bed, you would see this next sight. Pigs + loads and loads of books. There's another shelf behind the pillows. What's on that shelf, you ask? ...More books.

Entertainment Tower Number One. Also me being forced to admit that I actually own the entire "Twilight" series.

Entertainment Tower Number Two. My favourite CDs + some movies + MORE BOOKS.

Harry Houdini sits proudly above Entertainment Tower Number Two, handcuffed and driving an invisible car.

The mystery box, ooooo! My pretty, feminine version of the traditional trunk that every magician has. I don't understand why it looks so dusty.

This is what we call the "music corner". My apologies for the blurriness and tilty-ness of it. I was falling over, you see.

The Royal Conservatory of Music certificate for the only piano exam I have ever taken, a card from my former piano teacher, and a picture that I bought just last weekend.

My wardrobe and stuffed animals. The music on the left is supposed to be the dies irae; on the right is a simplified version of my favourite passage from Purcell's Dido and Æneas ("Remember me, but ah! forget my fate")

Moving back towards the desk now: textbooks, ahoy!

My bulletin board, which holds tickets from various shows (magic shows on the left, concerts & musicals and such on the right). Also featuring the poster that one of my friends grabbed off a pole at our university for me.

My favourite poster.

The desk. More pigs and various other knick-knacks.

Look at how awesome this is. It's a pencil sharpener.

Wicker chair + laptop that I never really use.

The top of my fireplace: Artist's model, violet, picture of me when I was a little kid, awesome wooden doll that my neighbour brought back for me from vacation, and my cactus, Cactus.

We will conclude our tour with my favourite thing ever: A playing card autographed by my hero, Jeff McBride.
