Paint the Door?
I'm currently . . . dreaming of home ownership. All day and all night I fantasize the way I will decorate my dream home. I've seen examples of what I want, and examples of what I REALLY don't.
But whether or not the picture in question features a painted door is always a toss-up. Sometimes, depending on the room, a person will paint all of the walls and not the door. Sometimes they'll paint the door and the walls, but leave the trim white. Sometimes they'll paint everything, which, to me, is overkill. I personally have no idea what would and would not look good.
How have any of you handled this dilemma in your own homes? Do you paint the door?!
