Texas. What a country.
Molly Ivins had mentioned that if you possess 6 or more dildoes in Texas, you have intent to distribute. This got overturned, but as of Oct 2008, dildos are illegal again in Texas.
And just to show how they've got their priorities straight, the Texas legislature in 2005 took the time to pass the Safe Cupcake Amendment, which naturally allows parents to possess 6 or more cupcakes with intent to distribute (no matter what any school rule says).
