Our trip to Krabi

Just a quick entry to let everyone know that we have arrived safely in Krabi. We left Ko Samui this morning and after a very long and very interesting journey we made it here about an hour ago. We bought our tickets off the island from a travel agent yesterday and were picked up from our bungalow this morning and taken in a mini bus to the ferry.

Nikki I just wanted to say that we saw VNV on Saturday and they were excellent!! they're excellent playing a live set!! :P I was thinking of you the whole time and just wishing you were there, Ronan was just like he was on that live CD you burnt me, Irish accent and making silly little jokes all the way through the concert... my favourite song of theirs at the moment is number 3 off matter + form (i love it!) and they didn't play it.. but they played everything else.. perpetual, epicentre, standing, legion, beloved, fearless.... it was def the best concert i've been to! the crowd was pretty trashy though but i didn't care :) everyone else loved it too.

I'm so jealous!! But I'm glad it was great!! And I'm glad that you thought of me, that means I was kind of there - in spirit at least! Are your eyes any better elena? I am worried about you!

I know!! I wish I was there too!!!! my eyes are okay, I had an allergic reaction to the new lenses... my optom said it was most unusual and that he wanted to take photos because I might be in a textbook!!!! lol so I have to get steroid drops and take them 3 times a day.. then he wants me to try a diff solution... he thinks i'm allergic to one of the ingredients... i should just buy some nice glasses!!

but they fall off my face and give me dry skin! and they get foggy! and dirty! and i feel ugly when i wear them. :/
