Ninja Assassin
I saw it yesterday. It was something of a chore getting all the way out to Fitchburg to see it, but was definitely worth it.
See, our cinema here in Gardner is less ghetto than it was, say, four years ago, but they have to give up most of their theaters to New Moon and A Christmas Carol (because they did all that work to make that one theater 3-D compatible, so I guess they have to give it up), and according to the website, Ninja Assassin is never going to be here. Ever.
So I had to drive out to the most ghetto cinema in the history of cinemas, Cinema World on John Fitch. The evening was set off the right way pretty much as soon as I got the tickets, which told me I was going to see "Ninja Assassins". Then I went to the bathroom. If you can call it that. Half the stalls were overflowing, covered in toilet paper, or being avoided by everyone in front of me, so I avoided them too without investigating, because I trust other ladies trying to use a public bathroom.
Needless to say, we decided that getting snacks there would probably be a bad idea.
The movie itself was pretty boss, and can be summed up as such:
Degac Creep: it was... fucking gross
zzangbanghulweh: yes XD
Degac Creep: most of the movie was god damn gross
zzangbanghulweh: but but was it entertaining?
Degac Creep: fuck yeah it was
zzangbanghulweh: OMG YAY
Degac Creep: between all the creative deaths, flying limbs, joon being fucking adorable and bi spending 80% of the movie mostly naked, I was very satisfied
