3-Day Weekend!
Hello all you beautiful people.
It's been a good weekend... didn't accomplish as much as I would have liked, but oh well. I got my garden planted.... tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers! Oh my!
I don't have as much sun as I would like in my yard, but I am hoping for a good crop this year. *crosses fingers*
Saturday we had a friend come over to work on some costume stuff... yesturday we went into Lansing, with lunch at the Travelers Club in Okemos... which was good, but I would avoid the stirfrys with chicken, cause the chicken was as dry as sand paper, but the dish was loaded with other veggies, so that rocked my world. Next time I might try it with tofu.
Today went on a walk to a nearby cemetary and then to Pirates 3. It was good, but I definately wouldn't take kids to it... I don't remember the first two being as violent... but oh well.
Otherwise, nothing much is going on here... still job hunting, thinking of going back to school, depending on how much aid I might be able to attain.
