I had a wonderful Christmas, thanks to my love driving to see me, and even attending church with me on Christmas Eve! Driving (and he did a lot that day), spending time with my family and church are not his favorite activities, but it meant so much to me, it really made my Christmas that he surprised me. It made me soooo happy. Christmas Day was not very eventful, I drove home from Bay City... hung around the house and watched some movies... it was kind of boring actually.
Santa was good to me. I got some work clothes, some money, and beautiful new bedding from Dan. It’s black and gold-ish white brocade, and lovely. This will give us the motivation for Dan to make a bed and finish the trim work and me to paint, and have a real nice bedroom. My biggest fear with such beautiful bedding is the darn cat... I know she will puke on it to spite me and fill it with white cat hair.
Not much else has been happening. Hoping to put more into the search for a real job... ya know, full time, insurance.
