Spooky action at a distance
The more advanced our technology becomes, the more we will resemble our midieval forebears, for which the whole world was miraculous.
Most days, my wireless internet connection works so well I hardly notice it. Now, for reasons unknown and unknowable by me, it doesn't run. I can connect to the router, but I can't seem to convince my laptop that there is a wider world or network outside that bloody router.
Now I'm going to have to shut down and restart again to see if the evil spirits that seem to have posessed my network hardware have left.
