Wicked and Weights

I went to Wicked yesterday with Lauren. It was fantastic! The story and characters were great, and the set was awesome! I recommend it.

I added deadlifts to my workout, and the first day made my lower back and the backs of my thighs so sore that it hurts to walk. I'll do it again Thursday with less weight. The soreness is normal for new exercises; the problem is just that these are important muscles that I use a lot. As long as I keep deadlifts steadily in my routine, I won't have problems in the future.
