Time and Time again

Here is yet another day, as if our yesterdays were nothing more than a frame in the passage of a historical movie. Sometimes I wonder if time really passes by faster than usual. The times when you thought time was flying by, what if it actually was?

This forth dimention, they say, is beyond the 3D. How much do we know about it in relations to what we already know? It's always given one of the most reliable measurements physics has to rely on. And yet... if time runs faster, does the world change at a different pace? Is it the string that holds the other three dimentions together? Traveling from one time to another casts a shadow of the unknown to us. The things that are changed of one time can affect many things in times to come. And yet, time is no judge of such things... it is forever constant, recording and erasing at the same time the beginnings and ends of all things.

Does time exist beyond the present? Or does time travel with us, and there is no future until we get there? What happens to the past? I doubt it is imprinted somewhere on a tapestry of time. Suppose our pasts are distroyed...

then what is the point of hanging onto your past?
