Do you know what I didn't know about honey? Everything. Shouldn't everyone have been talking about this when the whole world was on Atkins? I can't believe I just went deaf when everyone else knew what was going on. It has nothing in it but carbs. Mostly I'm just still annoyed that no honey ever has a nutritional facts label. I thought it was a law to keep people from being shocked on a day-to-day basis, as I easily am.
