Your icons can be posted in another journal/community but the entry MUST remain public until winners are posted
3 icons should be outside a fake cut (if you don't know how to do this pm me)
Your icons must fit LJ icon standards - 100x100 pixels, .jpeg or .png and under 40kb
You should add this as subject: Round 4 - (username)
