Olympics
I walked around town yesterday to take in some of the insanity. It was pretty cool. Seeing all the out of country visitors was the best part. I did get caught in a "situation" where some of the rowdys were breakin shit.
The riot police surrounded them and led them to a fleet of paddy waggons. It was a little tense. Fights broke out between protest sympathizers and tourists.
The main site is the Art Gallery. Law Courts at Robson and Howe. The strung a zip line across from one building to another.
Vice President Biden arrived much to anyone who wanted to cross the streets dismay. We were frozen for about 20 minutes.
It's a good thing I left the house because apparently Forever starts now. At least now, I know.
