I can't believe I haven't posted about my trip yet but I guess that’s a sign of a truly amazing journey. Granted most of it is because I AM working and it has been stressful but very rewarding and the people here are unimaginably kind and fun so it hardly feels like work.
I love this country. It's one of those catch-22 places where only seeing it can make you want to visit. It was never on the top of my list of place to go but now I hope to return and soon. Of course having work pay, staying in a 5 star hotel with two 5 star restaurants and a staff that will honestly get you anything you want any time you want is an added bonus. But even being here in the hotel, with all its availability and spoil, all I ever seem to want to do is leave it and drive around.
So far we have travelled around the city and took a day trip to Mysore. My good friend Charlie said that it hard to leave Mysore behind; I laughed.
I can’t put the trip into appropriate words right now but I will try soon. To be honest I am so busy it probably wont be until I get home and have 10 days off. Oh and there WILL be pictures. I’ve uploaded few from my phone to Flickr. The ones on my camera will have to wait until I get home and can edit them and such.
