I'M OFFICIALLY ON SUMMER BREAK! I'M A SENIOR! GUYS, WHAT DO I DO?!
Abby and I celebrated last night by hanging out in Barnes&Noble for three and a half hours and getting starbucks and generally being bookworms.
I'm super excited to read my Steinbeck novels for the Senior lit project, since they both look really good and very typically Steinbeck in their characterizations of America. The other books look good as well, actually, I'm quite proud of the English department this year. Catch-22 is supposed to be funny, and The Fountainhead is written by Ayn Rand, who my dad says is wonderful. I look forward to having my nose in a book all summer.
