A classic play by a classic playwright! A tale of bloody ambition and horrifying consequences, a challenging text with limitless challenges for the actors and crew alike, a historical curb check for those of us who get a little big for our britches, this play lives on in a rich tradition of superstition and the supernatural. A cornerstone of the theatre, this four hundred year old tale preys on our fears and deep desires to this day.

For auditions, please prepare a 1-2 minute monologue from a Shakespeare play other than Macbeth...cold read monologues will be available; however, a memorized, rehearsed piece is preferred...previous experience with Shakespeare is not required but the play should be read prior to auditioning!

Our first read thru will be on Monday, December 17...then we'll go away until January when we will start meeting for table work on the weekends and then our first full week of rehearsal from January 20-26...then we won't meet again until Saturday, Feb 3, when we start full rehearsals until the run of the show.
