This is my entry for a Valentine's contest at The Ginger Corner. The idea was to depict your claimed ginger in a Valentine's Day themed visual work, and my claimed gingers are Ron Weasley and Jamie Fraser.
Well, I decided to portray a far from romantic February 14th with Ron and Hermione. It's set during DH, and in Forest of Dean, because, dumb me, I forgot they had probably moved by February (or not? Hmm, somebody needs to re-read DH) and searched for Forest of Dean pics. It could be any forest, really ;P
Anyway, by that date, Hermione's anger toward Ron had diminished, and Ron appears here trying to make amends with her.

Phew, finished that today. I wanted to be done with it as soon as possible, to cross a few things off my list.
Guess what?? I signed up for the 2011 hp_canon_fest , and all the prompts were so amazing it was hard to pick one!! I'm SO tempted to claim another one after I'm done with my current prompt. There were Outlander quotes, and there were bits from the songs I used for my fanmixes °o° However, I didn't pick any Outlander quote because... well, I'm not worth of writing a RHr fic inspired in such quotes as the ones that were posted! I rather leave them to somebody who can write something powerful.
I can't complain of my prompt, though. To whoever suggested it, thank you a zillion. And I'm going quite well, I even have a sexy scene in mind but I'm resisting not to write it right now.

Remember I said my cousins from Spain were moving here with their mum? Well, they arrived first, last Wednesday, to my grandparents', and we're having them for a couple of days at home. My parents went to my grandparents' today until tomorrow afternoon (I couldn't go because we wouldn't fit in the car on the way back home ¬¬), which was an unexpected change from what they had planned (a trip that would left me alone at home for two days and a half, it was going to be awesome). I don't know what they're planning to do with my cousins here. I'm somewhat considering it as a bad idea, because we barely know them and, even though my city is bigger than where my grandparents live, and even though my father is taking two weeks of holiday and can take them out, there isn't much to do here. Also, because my house is small and not rich, haha. And my father is gross, I'm always ashamed of having people over when he'll be here *awkward topic*
Anyway, I'll have to keep the house clean and tidy until tomorrow.
Oh, something lovely: bendleshnitz1 gave me a puppy sitting on a wicker chair to join my baby otter! ^-^ Thank you again, dear.
And I'm reading Jane Eyre, which I had only read in a really brief copy. I like it.
Going to eat now and probably keep watching AVPS. I wish I could videochat with anybody in English, I feel like speaking, lol.
