Well, good things come to those who wait, and this is a very good thing.

Cas is becoming more and more like Dean, he takes too much upon himself. Yes, he made a lot of mistakes with Jimmy, but it was through ignorance, not intent. He needs to cut himself some slack.

Love the continued Mike/Dean bonding, but poor Michael. To have go to back to second best. Oh, well, he'll be fine. He can always go back to Heaven and be himself.

But my favorite part? "Overachiever," Dean muttered.

He is starting to warm up to Raphael *grin*

Lol, glad you liked that bit. There wasn't much I liked about this chapter while writing it. I think I need to give it some time and then come back it, now I just remember the frustration only all too well.

By far my favorite part. Didn't think I'd ever like Michael, but the banter between him and Dean is so good I actually kinda sorta like the guy...

I'm sorry it kicked your ass. Its a good chapter and good progression. I was a little unsure with starting on Cas watching Claire. You have a habit of covering almost everything that the show's writers leave as loose ends. So, in a way I appreciate it because it doesn't leave me wondering, but at the same time I wonder about its relevance. Unless you're plotting something with each thing. Which I consider you perfectly capable of plotting. Anyway, I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

I'm sorry this was difficult to write but it was worth the wait. For some reason I didn't get the usual e-mail when Ch. 64 was posted, I got it today along with the alert for Ch. 65, two chapters at once felt like an early birthday present!

I'm really loving Michael and his interactions with Dean, the whole angel/vessel thing is fascinating and you're doing such a good job of making me feel like I'm right there with them, going through the experience. I also like that you have Castiel dealing with the consequences of taking Jimmy as a vessel and the way it has affected his family, I always felt a little annoyed at Castiel's complete disregard for poor Jimmy's family.

Dean calling Raphael names and sticking out his tongue, hee so much love for their annoyance with one another.

Ooh I can't wait for them to start collecting all the ingredients for the Rite and the people it will involve. Thanks for updating.

Hmm, are getting the e-mail from my journal directly or from the Dean & Cas community? 'Cause if it's the latter, then that could explain it as not all chapters are posted there and the last one wasn't. And happy birthday for whenever it is!
It was one of my plans for this fic to explore that dynamic, so I'm glad that seems to be working. As for Jimmy and Cas, yeah, I know what you mean. Hence my little exploration here.
Lol, can't have them all just getting along fine, now can I?

I get the updates through your journal directly but I think they might be going into "spam" for some reason. It happened once before when I first set up the e-mail alert thing, so now I'm all paranoid and obsessively check every other day to make sure I don't miss anything *blushes*

Thanks for the birthday wishes, it's on Monday (March 14th) so more "chapter presents" would be welcome *wink wink*

Ah, I hate it when that happens. I've set my spam box to not automatically delete anything and I check it every few days before manually emptying it.
Lol, well unless something unexpected happens, there should be a chapter that day. I'm finally working on the one for later today (got side tracked by a short, complete smut fic earlier which should go up tomorrow. Total sub!Dean there) but it's coming along nicely.
