30. Hikaru/Akira (Hikaru no Go) 90
Boisterous Hikaru and prim-and-proper Akira might not seem to have much in common, but they spend so much time arguing over the Go board that you wouldn't really notice. They push each other to their limits and beyond, seeing in each other a partner/rival/friend who can go all the way to the top of the Pro world with them.
There's nothing like a little healthy competition to stir up attraction.
29. Leon/D (Petshop of Horrors) 93
When strange murders start occurring in L.A detective Leon Orcot is convinced it's all Count D's fault an that weird pet shop of his. and he's pretty much right, except he has no proof. What starts as an investigation ends up as an odd friendship. With trust and family involved. Where things are always more than what they seem. Where feelings of a different nature exist on both sides.
28. Asami/Takaba (Viewfinder) 96
Asami is as ruthless in bed as he is as a mob boss - something Takaba doesn't seem all that chagrined to find out, over and over and over again. Not that that ever stops Takaba from pushing the limits as far as they will go, but that wild spirit is what Asami we love about him anyway.
27. Kenren/Tenpou (Saiyuki Gaiden) 97
Books, baths, and a frog ashtray. A working partnership in and out of the bedroom.

*Cloud Strife/Zack Fair/Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII) 103
They're only OT3 that made it on this list, and for good reason. For fans who either a) like to watch everything fall to hell and enjoy the angst or b) like to pretend that canon doesn't have to happen if you look early enough, these three add fluff, humour, companionship and hot sex to the wonderful world of the Shinra armed forces.

Quincy Archer Hates You. Probably. Kind of. Well, maybe less when you have your clothes off.
25. Sanzo Genjo/Son Goku (Saiyuki) 104
The priest and his monkey. A bond that reached beyond death and only got deeper... reach out your hand, and your salvation waits.

Some friendships are forever.

If one didn't exist, the other couldn't, either. Are angels really sexless? Not if Crowley has anything to say about it.
Whatever the details of the Arrangement, it's fun to watch them negotiate.
23. Nowaki/Hiroki (Junjou Egoist/Romantica) 110
Nowaki may be the one whose name means 'typhoon', but both he and Hiroki are completely swept away by their feelings for each other. Their relationship suffers more than its fair share of bumps and scuffles along the way, but being someone else's most important person has its benefits regardless.
22. Quatre Raberba Winner/Trowa Barton (Gundam Wing) 113
Sometimes you meet someone, and things just click. And it's fun to watch these two make beautiful music together.
Never have the violin and the flute been played in such harmony *cough* as they are between these two.
21. Misaki/Usami (Junjou Romantica) 118
The supremely self-assured novelist and his cute, often confused boarder. No it's not Gravitation, but Akihiko and Misaki are plenty compelling all on their own, between Akihiko's refusal to let Misaki get away and Misaki's undeniable love for Akihiko (bad habits and badly written yaoi novels aside).
