01. Your icon has to show any form of physical contact.
02. Pick any birthstone you like/have in mind and incorporate it into your icon! For example, this can be done by making a purple/magenta-ish icon (for Amethyst). You can also use text to convey or enhance the emotions/situation of your icon (eyes like pearls / ruby tears / sapphire sky, etc).
03. How you interpret this is up to you. Make something explosively bright and crazy, present us with the beach and your OTP having fun, or simply have your characters relaxing and sleeping (lol)? That's fine too!
04. What's the first letter of your username? You can explicitly use it in your icon, or you can use any word that starts with it and make something according to it. (i.e. R for red, thus I make a red icon.) Please be creative!
05. This trend's dead? Let's revive it! You must use tiny text in your icon and it mustn't be readable. There are tons of tiny text brushes floating around the net, so this should be easy.
06. Your OTP must have some funny moments, right? This can be either a very lulzy one, or you can choose something suggestive enough... Funny expressions count too, btw.
07. Again, how you interpret this is up to you. Some of you might be lucky and have scans of your OTP playing musical instruments or singing. But as always, the sky's the limit! You can use something like "let's rock n roll", "pop star", "jazzy mood" etc. Textures are fine too, as long as they're "musical" enough.
08. Make something that's out of your comfort zone. If you tend to make bright icons, make something dark. If you like iconning something simple, try using a lot of textures. Hate a particular font? Be brave and kick its ass. :p lol comic sans.
09. The subject of your icon must be placed in the center. See the icon I'm using for example.
10. Make something simple and let the simplicity speak for itself! This means no text, obviously. And try to tone down your texture use.
11-15. Category Set: Summer Song
Lol wth is this? This is actually pretty straightforward. Make bright and colorful icons~ who else feels the summer approaching? :D
Each of your icon MUST have at least two different, distinctive colors in them.
16-20. Artist's Choice
Icon whatever you like~
