The Not So Best Buy Geek Squad...
Lesson learned...for any computer problems do NOT take your computer to the geek squad...
so far they've had my computer for a week for a simple diagnostic/virus removal/cleaning and they still haven't been able to give me an E.T.A on when it will be finished....instead all they've done is give me the run around....
Never again....
